Couch 2 CrossFit
You've probably heard of or know someone who does CrossFit. Maybe you have wanted to try CrossFit but thought "I need to get in shape first"...getting off the couch is the HARDEST step! That's why Crossfit 4042 is offering the Couch to Crossfit program! Our C2CF is offered at 3 days per week, every week; a perfect schedule to get a beginner comfortable with working out on a consistent basis while allowing your body to take much needed rest and recovery in between sessions.
Each class begins with a Coach-led warm up, stretches, a dynamic workout, and cool-down stretches. We've taken care of the workout, all you have to do is show up!
This program is for individuals who are committed to making a dramatic change in their life with the support of a strong community, regardless of your past or present fitness level. We take great care to ensure that the workouts are scaled to everyone’s individual fitness level!
Each class will be based around the 9 foundational, functional movements of CrossFit and slowly introduce you to our work-out intensity. At the end of the program you will be ready to participate in CF4042's regularly scheduled CrossFit classes or you can continue through another cycle of Couch 2 CrossFit..
After you complete 12 sessions of this program, you will be able to bypass the Prep Course and join into any of our class offerings.
Cost is only $115...just purchase the 3x per week membership.
We want you to be healthy physically and mentally, part of that includes learning new things. Education for us, includes anything that could help you learn more about achieving a healthier lifestyle...attending a seminar, reading a book. listening to podcasts etc. Check out our podcast for daily box info!
The ability to move freely and pain-free relies on the muscles being able to perform within their range of motion. Our bodies aren't meant to hurt and we definitely don't want this as a result of your active lifestyle. Come take a tour and see how we promote mobility and recovery daily!
Part of the CF4042 Lifestyle includes a life outside of the "box"! This includes physical activities that get your heart rate up and add some variety to your fitness, but also a social aspect that keeps you interacting with other members! Follow our FB and IG page to stay up-to-date with events!
Our focus is to fuel your body so you can bring the intensity to your workouts! Our goal is for nutrition to be sustainable in REAL life, while helping you work towards YOUR goals. We try to avoid restrictive fad diets that are detrimental to your overall well being.
At a minimum, we want you working out with us 3x/week. We will help you establish goals to work towards, and show you how to track your results in our system so you can SEE your progress. Our dedicated staff of coaches will push your limits while keeping you safe and moving correctly.

How long is the program?
Each membership is for 1 month with no long term commitment. You can stay in the Couch 2 CrossFit program as long as you feel necessary. After completing 12 sessions of the Couch 2 CrossFit program, you are able to participate in any of our class offerings (or just continue in the Couch 2 CrossFit classes).
When are Couch 2 CrossFit classes offered?
We are currently offering this program Monday, Tuesday & Thursday at 6:30pm. Join in at anytime!
