About Coach

My name is Josh Johnson. I am a husband and father of three boys(why I have no hair 😂). I started CrossFit in 2015 after being bored with bodybuilding style weightlifting. I started getting into Spartan races and Tough Mudders and wanted a better way to train. I started seeing results very quickly from the CrossFit methodology and was hooked. Within a year I knew I not only wanted to make this a long-term part of my life, but I also wanted to help people. Starting CrossFit has lead me down an amazing path of learning about the human body, what it’s actually capable of, and how important it is to keep it fit(for survival). I want myself and everyone I want to be fit, move well and live independently for as long as possible. I want to be able to play with my grandkids and great grandkids like I played with my kids.

I coach because I love helping people become better! It is also important for us as adults to set an example of fitness for future generations.
