CrossFit Classes

Our CrossFit class is high intensity training at it’s finest. Workouts combine a variety of functional movements - everything from cardio and gymnastics to power lifting and olympic lifting. Every day brings something new, so get ready to get after it!

Private Training

Personal 1-on-1 training and small group training are available in 30 or 60 minute time slots. Each session includes customized workouts and movements based on your individual goals, abilities and needs. This is perfect for those who want to focus on their fitness and skills outside of the group setting. These can be scheduled at your convenience with the coach of your choice. 

Open Gym

We are a coaching facility. Progress from sickness to wellness, and from wellness to fitness, requires guidance to be efficient and complete. Along with that we value – and love – time to practice, and to play. We offer ‘Open Gym’ time between our CrossFit groups for our members to try new things, do their ‘homework’ (if given by one of our Personal Trainers or Coaches) and practice functional movement.


Open Gym memberships include access to all or part of the gym for designated hours each day. Open Gym memberships are available as an add-on to CrossFit memberships.

Nutrition Consultation and Meal Plans

You can’t outwork a crappy diet!  Nutrition is at the base.  In order to build anything worth building you must establish a strong base. We believe that a commitment to CrossFit is only part of the equation in achieving your fitness goals. What you fuel your body with will directly impact your success whether your goal is to lose weight, build muscle or change your body composition. We don’t prescribe fad diets. We recommend eating a balanced diet for life. We believe that each person is different and each person can perform, recover and grow when given the right foundation and the right tools. We will eliminate the confusion that many of us have when it comes to making the right food choices.

On-Location Training

If you are not able to make to our gym, then we will bring the gym to you. With a 5-person minimum, one of our coaches will drive to your location and bring all the equipment necessary for a full body CrossFit workout. This is great for team building for schools, businesses, Churches, Fire/Police Departments, etc.

Kids Fitness

CrossFit Kids is a unique fitness program designed for kids ages 5-12 at any fitness level. Providing a healthy lifestyle for our children now is essential for their well-being later. Whether your child plays athletics or not, it is imperative they learn the proper way to push, pull, run, throw, climb, lift, and jump both effectively and safely

  • Classes last 45 minutes to 1 hour

  • All abilities and fitness backgrounds welcome.
